The freunds said to have obtained bail late last night. At 1 P.M. via Hunters Point to Steinway in one of my cars, Menzl tells me of the complete fizzle of the socialist Meeting at Stahls last Tuesday. Am at Phil. Soc. Concert last night with Fritz St + Helene Cassebeer, take latter home, Joseffy plays splendidly. It snows & rains. I ordered Menzel to allow beer into factory between 12-1 P.M. and from 2-4 P.M. Sent to Evarts & Beaman, Chickerings lawyer, memorandum of our manufacture of graduating pedal and list of witnesses, wife telegraphs "Arrived safe & well" from Bremerhaven |
