More changes than suspected, less than expected

We were surprised at how little our day-to-day lives changed while working at home. We're lucky to have jobs in tech. Everywhere I look, people are struggling. The virus has highlighted the desperate need for a real social safety net, and laid bare the ways we have failed to take care of one another.

Our pets loved having us home. It's been their best year ever.
