The main eatery for the National Museum of American History is Eat at America’s Table, serving a changing menu of American regional cuisine. Current selection includes burgers, buttermilk fried chicken, chili dogs, a variety of salads, sandwiches, desserts, and beverages. Self-serve by weight; cash and credit cards accepted.

The cafe menu features New Orleans jambalaya, a comfort Cajun grilled cheese sandwich and Creole tomato soup, New Orleans dog, and best of all, Chef Rochon’s homemade beignets with a chocolate sauce.
